Any individual representing a non-profit organization wishing to appear before the board must request of the board, in writing, that his/her appearance be added to the agenda.  The written request must describe, in detail, the reason(s) why the individual representing a non-profit organization is requesting the appearance. This written request will be delivered to the Executive Committee for consideration.  If necessary, the Executive Committee will consult the entire Board regarding the request. If the request is granted, it will be agenda for the next regularly scheduled meeting. (Policy adopted 8-11-98)
